The Chinese Academy for Agricultural Sciences (CAAS)

ACBF and CAAS collaborate to support capacity building initiatives in African countries on agricultural development. ACBF and CAAS have agreed to partner in building human and institutional capacity for agricultural transformation in Africa, organize study tours and technology fairs including key agricultural development actors in Africa towards agricultural transformation and jointly exploring and engaging allied Chinese institutions for potential technical  and financial support to agricultural transformation in Africa.
