
Jessie Rose Mabutas is a Doctor of Philosophy with a Master of Public Management as well as a Master of Government Management Administration (University of Southern California, USA). Certified with the Institute of Internal Auditors, USA, and a former Member, UNICEF Audit Advisory Committee, Dr. Mabutas has thirty-nine years of experience in the United Nations system, national government, and the private sector, with 29 years at senior and executive management levels. He is an experienced leader in the adoption of best practices in auditing, investigations, risk management and governance, and extensive experience in implementing change and reforms in large international and national organizations. He was previously on secondment from the United Nations at the International Fund for Agricultural Development, Rome, Italy as Senior Adviser to the President on Financial Matters.
