Rania, a prominent economist and gender equality expert, has held notable positions such as Alternate Minister of Labor in Greece, Member of Parliament, and Ambassador to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). She currently serves as a Senior Scholar at the Levy Economics Institute and is the Director of the Gender Equality and Economy Program. She has led research teams and introduced innovative measures like the Levy Institute Measure of Time and Income Poverty (LIMTIP), which sheds light on the impact of time poverty on households.
